Rob van der Wielen

After graduating with a Diploma in Civil Engineering& working for  Consulting Engineers “Jacob’s and Associates” for a further four years, Rob started “Confact CC” in 1986.

The company was built up by Rob and expanded over a period of 17 years. Over this time the scale and scope of the work increased exponentially; Johann Engelbrecht then joined the company in 2003 and became a partner in 2008.

Johann completed a Diploma in civil Engineering before working for “Murray and Roberts” for a period of 4 years. He then joined “Confact CC “ and assumed increasing levels of responsibility until he became a partner within “Confact Core Construction” in 2008. Since 2009 he has assumed control of the daily running of the company whilst Rob maintains an executive role.
